Real Money Rewards - Max

With a $100 annual entry fee for the Max Level participation, Skeeter owners fishing select trails and events during the 2024 tournament season are eligible for up to $7500 first place prize bonus if won out of a qualifying Skeeter/Yamaha Package. Participants are eligible to win the first-place bonus up to 5 times in the 2024 calendar year! That’s $37,500 you could win in 2024 just for fishing out of a Skeeter/Yamaha Package!

TRAIL LIST - MAX

Fish and Win the Bassmaster Classic using your Skeeter/Yamaha Package as defined in the terms and Skeeter will pay $10,000 for the Win!

Note: If signed up for Real Money Max Level, you are also eligible to participate in the Real Money Grass Roots and Limited Levels below:

• $5000 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your 2-year-old or newer, Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 250HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $5,000 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. Minimum of 50 Boats or 100 or more competing anglers.
  
  
• $2500 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your 2-year-old or newer, Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 225HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $2,500 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. Minimum of 50 Boats or 100 or more competing anglers.
  
  
• $500 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your 2-year-old or newer, Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 200HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $500 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. Minimum of 50 Boats or 100 or more competing anglers.
  
  

• $1500 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your using your 2-year-old or newer Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 250HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $1,500 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. Minimum of 30 boats or 60 or more competing anglers.
  
  
• $1000 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your using your 2-year-old or newer Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 225HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $1,000 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. Minimum of 30 boats or 60 or more competing anglers.
  
  
• $250 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your using your 2-year-old or newer Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 200HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $250 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. Minimum of 30 boats or 60 or more participating anglers.
  
  

REGISTER
You must register for one of the three Real Money Levels to be eligible. If you acquire a different Skeeter boat after you are registered, please contact Skeeter to change the serial number to your registration by calling (903) 983-5657 or emailing marketing@skeeterboats.com.

FISH & WIN
Win a Contingency Paying Event (as listed on the Skeeter Boats website and defined in the Rules and Conditions). A list of Contingency paying events is posted on our website. The schedule of Contingency paying events is compiled in late winter and updated periodically on our website. Contingency paying events are subject to change without notice.

GET PAID
Payments will be made once Skeeter receives and approves “official” tournament results from you and all rules and conditions have been met. To be eligible for the incentive, you must register prior to participating in a Contingency paying event. Angler may win up to five (5) times during Calendar Year 2024 under the Real Money MAX Level and up to three (3) times during Calendar Year 2024 under the Real Money Grass Roots and Limited Levels.

Official Qualifying Guidelines, Rules, and Conditions

• Real Money Program dates are from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024 (Calendar Year).
• There are three (3) levels of Real Money to choose from for participation. These include: (i) Real Money Max Level (“Max Level”); or (ii) Real Money Grass Roots Level (“Grass Roots Level”); or (iii) Real Money Limited Level (“Limited Level”), as fully described below.
• Win(s) shall be defined as "first place."
• **Match Your Winnings: Skeeter will match prize money from the tournament organizer for a Contingency Paying Event and qualified Win for select tournaments only, as follows:
  • Real Money Max Level:
    Entry Fee into the Max Level is $100 per participating Angler and also includes participation in the Grass Roots and Limited Levels.
    Under the Real Money MAX Level Program, Skeeter will pay $7500 for a Win in any of the Contingency events listed under the MAX program on the website at Skeeterboats.com and a qualified Win for a Bassmaster Classic® Win, up to $10,000. Subject to complete Terms and Rules and Conditions.
    • Real Money MAX Participating Angler may win up to FIVE (5) times per Calendar Year.
    • Only Wins of those events posted on www.skeeterboats.com (“Real Money MAX Contingency Paying Events”) are eligible for payouts. Contingency Paying Events may be added or deleted solely by Skeeter at any time.
    • Real Money Max Level Contingency Paying Events must reach the following criteria in order to be considered for contingency payments: (i) Seventy-five (75) boats or more; or (ii) One Hundred (100) or more competing anglers (collectively the “Minimum Criteria”). If the Contingency Paying Event does not meet the Minimum Criteria, it shall not be subject to the MAX Level contingency payment but may fall into the next level of Real Money Grass Roots Level Program.
    • The Skeeter owner is responsible for submitting the timely and completed Skeeter Real Money Registration Form to Skeeter Products, Inc.
  • Real Money Grass Roots Level:
    Entry Fee into Real Money Grass Roots Level Program is $75 per participating Angler and also includes participation in the Limited Level. Under the Real Money Grass Roots Level program, Skeeter will match prize money from the tournament organizer for a Contingency Paying Event - A “Grassroots” Contingency Paying Event (not sponsored by Bassmaster®) Win:
    
    (i) with 250 hp Yamaha outboard motor, up to $5,000;
    (ii) with 225hp Yamaha outboard motor, up to $2500.
    (iii) With 200hp Yamaha outboard motor up to $500.
    
    Subject to complete Terms and Rules and Conditions.
    
    • Angler may win up to three (3) times per Calendar Year.
    • Only Wins of those events posted on www.skeeterboats.com (“Contingency Paying Events”) are eligible for payouts. Contingency Paying Events may be added or deleted solely by Skeeter at any time.
    • Contingency Paying Events must reach the following criteria in order to be considered for contingency payments: (i) Fifty (50) boats or more; or (ii) One Hundred (100) or more competing anglers (collectively the “Minimum Criteria”). If the Contingency Paying Event does not meet the Minimum Criteria, it shall not be subject to a Grass Roots Level contingency payment but may fall into the next level of Real Money Limited Level Program.
  • Real Money Limited Level:
    Entry Fee intothe Real Money Limited Level Program is $50 per participating Angler.
    Under the Real Money Rewards Limited Level Program, Skeeter will match prize money from the tournament organizer for a Contingency Paying Event - A “limited” Contingency Paying Event (not sponsored by Bassmaster®) Win:
    
    (i) with 250 hp Yamaha outboard motor, up to $1500;
    (ii) with 225hp Yamaha outboard motor, up to $1000.
    (iii) With 200hp Yamaha outboard motor up to $250.
    
    Subject to complete Terms and Rules and Conditions.
    
    • Angler may win up to three (3) times per Calendar Year.
    • Only Wins of those events posted on www.skeeterboats.com (“Contingency Paying Events”) are eligible for payouts. Contingency Paying Events may be added or deleted solely by Skeeter at any time.
    • Contingency Paying Events must reach the following criteria in order to be considered for contingency payments: (i) Thirty (30) boats or more; or (ii) Sixty (60) or more competing anglers (collectively the “Minimum Criteria”). If the Contingency Paying Event does not meet the Minimum Criteria, it shall not be subject to a contingency payment.
• The Skeeter owner is responsible for submitting the timely and completed Skeeter Real Money Registration Form to Skeeter Products, Inc.
• Persons employed by Skeeter Products, Inc., Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., or their affiliated companies are not eligible for this Real Money Program or Program payments.
• Must fish from your Skeeter boat with a Yamaha outboard motor that has been warranty registered to the original owner within twenty-four (24) months of the qualifying Contingency Paying Event (“Skeeter/Yamaha Package”).
• Registered owner’s name and winner must be the same name on warranty and/or state registration at the time of Win.
• Must be wearing a Skeeter or Yamaha shirt and/or hat with logo exposure on/during competition days when permitted.
• Must display Skeeter Real Money Program decal on driver’s windshield/console of Skeeter/Yamaha Package you are fishing from when permitted.
• Tournament Finish Affidavit Forms available online at www.skeeterboats.com > Real Money > Forms or by calling 903.983.5657, must be submitted within 30-days of tournament Win for eligibility review and qualification incentive. (Please allow four to six weeks for approval and processing.)
• Co-anglers or non-boaters fishing from a Skeeter/Yamaha Package, even though they may own one, are not eligible. They must fish from their Skeeter boat and be classified as a single participant in the Contingency Paying Event.
• In the event of a team-sanctioned event, only one (1) Contingency Payment will be paid to the owner of the boat anglers are fishing from.
• Contingency Payments will be awarded only to single overall winner of a Contingency Paying Event. Big fish awards, ties, and winners decided by chance are NOT eligible.
• Concurrent Contingency Paying Events, where two or more events take place at the same time and allow entrants in each event to use the same fish for both weigh-ins, are NOT eligible.
• The angler is responsible for providing authentic and official verification of both ownership of the Skeeter/Yamaha Package and a tournament Win and any other rules and condition requirements and guidelines.
• Skeeter Boats reserves the right to enhance, change, alter, modify, or terminate the Real Money Program at its sole discretion at any time. Final Real Money Program eligibility and contingency payment authorization will be determined only by Skeeter Boats.
• Only sanctioned tournaments listed on www.skeeterboats.com > Real Money > Search for Tournament prior to tournament date are eligible.
• The reporting and payment of all applicable taxes associated with value/income received under Program, including but not limited to Real Money paid, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• The winning Skeeter owner is responsible for submitting the completed Official Tournament Finish Affidavit and results of Win showing all participating anglers and W-9 to:

I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

• I own a Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as specifically defined herein.
• I will meet all qualification guidelines outlined with each sanctioned tournament trail and Program Rules and Conditions of the Skeeter Real Money Program for each Contingency Paying Event.
• I will meet the clothing requirements listed and wear required apparel during all competition days when applicable.
• I will place the official Skeeter Real Money decal on the driver’s side windshield of the Skeeter/ Yamaha Package.
• I will complete, sign, and return this form, along with the registration fee of the specific Program Level I select and proof-of ownership (State Registration or Bill of Sale) prior to competing.
• I understand that Skeeter’s decision is final in all matters determining the eligibility and claims of the Skeeter Real Money Program.
• I understand to allow 4-6 weeks for payment of qualified claims.
• I understand that Skeeter Boats and/or Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. will file a Miscellaneous Income Form 1099, in conformity with IRS regulations, for Real Money Program payouts, with a copy mailed to each participant for the appropriate tax year.
• I agree to allow the use of my name, photography, and/or likeness by Skeeter and Yamaha for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation by participating in this Program. Winning angler must send in a photograph on stage wearing Skeeter and/or Yamaha shirt and/or hat.
• I agree that, if I should win an event, I will submit verifiable results or a copy of winnings check received.
