It gets in your blood. Makes you crave big, open water, where you're fighting a 200-lb. monster. Or running up the flats wide open to find a sweet spot of redfish. That's why we started this line. Built by saltwater anglers, for saltwater anglers. We understand your passion because we share it. And you can feel it the moment you step aboard.
FISHING FEATURES
From stem to stern, we've packed each boat with every feature you want out on the water, the ones that are necessary along with the ones that are nice.
SHALLOW WATER PERFORMANCE
We've designed these not only for high performance, but for shallow situations. So, if you're looking for fish in skinny water, we'll take you to them.
ROUGH WATER PERFORMANCE
Other boats that run this shallow don't usually perform this well in rough water. But a SKEETER is designed to be as durable in tough conditions as you are.
QUICK HOLE SHOT
When you bring the hammer down, a quick view of the bow is all you get. Getting on plane takes a mere three to four seconds as the hull levels into a highly aggressive attitude. Without a second to lose, we put you in a better position to win.
FLOATS SHALLOW
You want to go where the fish are. And sometimes that means the shallows. We engineered our boats for maximum performance in minimum depths. Because sometimes the difference in a great catch is a matter of inches.
SMOOTH & DRY RIDE
The aggressive 20-degree deep-V of the SKEETER hull design works in conjunction with the primary and secondary reverse chines to keep the water off of you and in the bay. Smooth and dry is how every ride is remembered in a SKEETER.
YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FIGHT YOUR BOAT
Control is crucial on the water. But so is being able to turn at a second's notice. We don't sacrifice one for the other. In high-speed tournament conditions, you may have to turn on a dime. That's not when you need your hull to list, slip, or skip. And on a SKEETER, it won't. We adhere to NMMA®, U.S. Coast Guard, and American Boat & Yacht Council® standards, but that's really just a starting point. We go beyond them to build a boat you can rely on when you need to.
THE 90° MANEUVERABILITY TEST
This critical test is just one example of how we not only adhere to, but exceed our industry's technical practices. The test is conducted by accelerating the boat to its maximum top-end speed, and then sharply turning the steering wheel 180 degrees with no change in settings. The boat passes the test by completing a 90° change in direction without the driver losing confidence in his ability to maintain control. All SKEETER boats have passed at their maximum speed and horsepower ratings.
ACTUALLY, IT IS ROCKET SCIENCE.
Aerospace technology has totally revolutionized not only our designs, but our manufacturing processes. It's an extra something our design team brings to the table. No wonder our boats run and handle so well.
