Skeeter Cash Rebate Terms and Conditions:
- All new 2012 model year and prior boats (unused and not previously warranty registered) and retail sold from dealer stock between January 1, 2012 - March 31, 2012 are eligible to participate in the 2012 Skeeter Buy. Save. Fish. Retail Program.
- Customers benefit is a Skeeter cash rebate at no extra cost to customer. Customer may assign the Skeeter cash back rebate to the dealer to be applied towards the purchase of their new eligible boat. Cash back rebates not assigned to dealer will be issued by Skeeter to the original owner whose name and address matches warranty registration by the authorized, participating Skeeter dealer.
- All request forms must be accompanied by a copy of the bill of sale (for in-stock boats) in order to be eligible for promotion consideration.
- Cash rebates will be issued/ordered to the original owner after eligibility has been verified to comply with all promotion terms, conditions and procedures. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
- All Program Request Forms postmarked or faxed after April 15, 2012 will be denied. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All in-stock boats must be warranty registered by April 15, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-  Boats which are purchased for promotional purposes, i.e. SKEETER Team boats, tournament discount, give-a-way, sales rep demo, other special discount or Federation Promotional Program will not be eligible for the retail program promotion. Dealer Demos that are invoiced as per the 2012 Dealer Manual will qualify.
- This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made by Skeeter Boats.
- Skeeter decisions are final in determining eligibility requirements and validity of claims under this program.
- No model substitutions, benefit substitutions, rain checks, or extensions will be allowed. This offer is non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Income tax and other taxes are the responsibility of the owner.
- This offer invalid and cash back rebates are void if not cashed/used within 180 days of issuance. Skeeter is not responsible for any Retail Program Request Forms that are lost, damaged, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible.

- Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
